To prevent future EGR valve problems or malfunctions and internal engine pollution, TVS can properly close the EGR valve within the software and thereby disable the EGR function (Exhaust Gas Recirculation).

When removing the DPF from your vehicle it is important to disable the regeneration process of the diesel particulate filter correctly within the ECU software.

When installing a decat downpipe it is important to carefully recalibrate the ECU software and optionally disable the function of the second lambda sensor located after the removed catalyst.
