PERON's Turbo System brand is Nortech Performance, led by high-performance product experts and obsessed petrol heads who live and breathe performance. Our in-house team at Nortech Performance handles all our development engineering on our core Audi VW Group engines. Using SolidWorks CAD software, our engineers create detailed designs based on specific measurements. We then use advanced simulation software to model the product’s performance.
Our capabilities include computer modelling, CNC machining, wax injection moulding for investment casting, and reverse engineering of ECUs and calibration. All of this is done by the Nortech Performance team. With in-house fabrication, CNC machining, 3D printing, and a team of TIG welders, we maintain control over quality and allow for fast changes in our own development. This ensures we deliver top-quality high-performance exhaust and turbocharging solutions for the automotive industry.
We manufacture a number of high-performance manifolds for our motorsport partners, tailored to specific motorsport requirements. However, the Nortech development focus has always been on Audi VW Group applications for the last 10 years.
