Across the MQB EA855 EVO (DAZA / DNWA) 2.5 TFSI, this kit uses a single thick-wall, investment cast T4 manifold and pairs it with Precision Turbo Next Gen T4 frames. Pick the frame that matches the power target from the options above.

What's Included

• Investment cast CF8C+ collector
• External wastegate, 50mm
• 90mm V-band downpipe in catalyst or motorsport form
• Stainless V-band turbine joint with a 4in outlet

Key Features

• Wall thickness chosen for repeated heat cycles
• Collector welded through at 100 percent penetration
• External wastegate arrangement that avoids boost creep when power is high
• On smaller frames, good-quality pistons and rods to stock dimensions remain suitable
• Response is protected by preferring a larger turbine wheel over a larger A/R on a smaller wheel
