PERON Tuning represents the research and development arm of PERON Automotive Ltd., founded on a vision to set new standards in performance engineering. Spearheaded by Charlie Orpen, this journey has brought together one of the UK’s premier aftermarket facilities with a team of top-tier talent, uniting software and hardware under one roof to ensure quality control from start to finish. Charlie is joined by two of the industry’s finest engineers: Nicholas Kasberger, renowned for his expertise in reverse engineering and ECU calibration, and James Howarth, a leader in hardware design, fabrication, and turbo hardware.
Operating from a state-of-the-art facility equipped with a dyno cell, CNC machining, tool manufacturing, and robotic welding, PERON Tuning delivers market-ready calibration solutions and turbo hardware that empower hundreds of dealers worldwide. With a combined 50 years of experience—half of it spent supporting high-volume calibrations behind the scenes—PERON Tuning’s focus has always been on Porsche and Volkswagen Audi Group applications. While contractual private label agreements have limited what could be shared publicly, PERON Tuning now uses this platform to showcase their journey, offering exclusive insights into daily development case studies.
