As with all major developments at PERON Automotive, our Stage 2 calibration for the Porsche 991.2 Turbo S is the result of months of meticulous work by our highly skilled engineers in PERON's world-class facility. While the 991.2 Turbo S is already an outstanding vehicle, we approached its 3.8T engine with a focused goal: to substantially enhance performance while maintaining smooth, predictable drivability. Through extensive development, we carefully calibrated the Siemens SDI21 ECU and the PDK system to achieve significant performance improvements, all while retaining the approachable, daily-driver feel that defines the Turbo S.
Enhanced Driveability and Performance
The Stage 2 package for the Porsche 991.2 Turbo S provides impressive power gains, boosting output to 675-695 hp and 710-730 ft-lb of torque on 99 RON fuel. These upgrades not only improve throttle response and peak power but also deliver remarkable torque increases across the RPM range, offering a more exhilarating, faster driving experience. By fine-tuning the throttle maps, this enhanced performance remains just as controllable as a stock car. The outcome? A seamless increase in speed with smooth, controlled power delivery, making for a more thrilling yet manageable drive.
Fuel Requirements and Efficiency
This tuning stage is optimised for 99 RON fuel but still performs effectively with 97-98 RON. The Stage 2 calibration yields significant power gains while maintaining fuel efficiency, ensuring that your Turbo S continues to deliver remarkable performance without sacrificing daily practicality.
